2tsp mixed spice
2tsp agave syrup
3tblsp 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt ( I prefer Fage)
2tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- Core the apples – take a little more out than normal to allow room for the sultanas
- Mix the sulatanas, spice , agave and water well.
- Fill the apples with the sultana mix
- Press a piece of tinfoil the size of a hand over each apple
- Bake for 30 minutes @ 220C
- Mix the yoghurt, ginger and honey together and serve with the apple.
