Roasted Plums

Ingredients :

4 large plums

1tblsp maple syrup

1tblsp agave syrup

2tblsp water

2tsp ground cinammon

 

Oven 220C.

Method :

  1. Cut plums in half and remove pips
  2. Put flat side down in an oven proof dish, and put over maple syrup and agave, cinammon and water, cover with tinfoil.
  3. Put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes until soft.
  4. Serve either hot or cold – nice on their own, with ice cream, or yoghurt.

NB – can be keep in the fridge in their syrup for a few days.
