4 large plums
1tblsp maple syrup
1tblsp agave syrup
2tsp ground cinammon
- Cut plums in half and remove pips
- Put flat side down in an oven proof dish, and put over maple syrup and agave, cinammon and water, cover with tinfoil.
- Put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes until soft.
- Serve either hot or cold – nice on their own, with ice cream, or yoghurt.
NB – can be keep in the fridge in their syrup for a few days.
