3tblsp peanuts ( raw skinned)
2tblsp goji berries
2tblsp dried cranberries
2tbslp cacoa nibs
1 lemon juiced
- Cut off 2 pieces of tinfoil approx A4 size.
- Peel the bananas and put on on each pice of foil.
- Split the ingredients between the 2 – scrunch up the foil to make little bags.
- Put in the oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through and the banana is soft.
- Serve warm or cold alone or with greek yoghurt.
