Kale Crisp / Chips

The beautiful Kale turned into something so moreish – sweet or savoury that I cannot get enough of these!

I used to do some int he oven but felt that they were better in a dehydrator – for various reasons – one being they dont reach such a temperature to remove most of the goodness in the lovely leaves , and the other being I can fit way more in my dehydrator and just leave them over night without worrying Ill burn them ( which yes I have done ).

Anyway I will keep adding to the list as time goes on but the list is endless so don’t feel you have to stick to any of the recipes experiment away with different flavour combinations 🙂
