Raspberry Ice Cream (Yoghurt)

Ingredients : ( makes enough for 8-10 servings)

800g Frozen ( or fresh) raspberries

100g syrup – maple/agave /honey etc

500g Greek 0% fat free yoghurt ( Fage is my Favourite )

Method :

1.Blitz the raspberries and syrup.

2.Pass through a sieve

3.Mix with yoghurt until completely combined.

4. If you have an ice cream machine use it until ready and then store in the freezer.

If you dont have a one place in the freezer and remove every hour or so and mix it thoroughly to break down any ice crystals, this will take several hours – depends on how cold the ingredients were to start with !

Serve on its own or with fresh fruit!
