Raspberry and Cacoa Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients :

100g cashew nuts – ground to  a fine flour in food processor

60g almonds –  ground to  a fine flour in food processor

50g cacoa butter

75g maple syrup

75g raspberries

10g cacoa nibs

Method:

  1. Melt the cacoa butter in a bain marie
  2. Add the maple syrup
  3. Take off the heat and mix in nuts
  4. Mix in the raspberries and cacoa nibs
  5. Line a tray with greaseproof and shape into rounds
  6. Set in the fridge or freezer then enjoy !
