4stp red wine vinegar
1tsp finely chopped garlic
1tblsp hemp oil
1 lemon juice and zest.
- Mix all the wet ingredients together
- take the tiny tips off the figs and cut into quarters
- Put the marinade over the figs and make sure you coat all the figs – leave for a few hours or overnight to take on the flavours.
Serve hot or cold, alone or with parma ham etc…
