Chocolate & Peanut Awesomeness




15g raw cacoa powder  ( use cocoa powder if you dont have it)

15g maple syrup

30g coconut oil


170g smooth peanut butter ( I use …)

30g coconut oil

15g maple syrup

15g raw honey

1tsp maca powder ( you can increase if you like the taste)


20g raw cacoa nibs



1)Melt the raw cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup pour into the bottom of the  silicone moulds (or lined muffin cases if you dont have silicone) and put in fridge or freezer to set.

2) Melt peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, honey and maca – pour into the top of the chocolate mix silicone moulds – or lined muffin cases if you donthave silicone) – sprinkle with cacoa nibs and put in fridge or freezer to set.

3) remove from moulds and they are ready to eat – store in freezer of fridge depending on how set you liek them to be

NB – these can be melted and layered in anyway you choose – add goji berries and other ingredients to add different flavours and textures.
