Chocolate “Mousse” with Pears & Banannas

Ingredients :

1 Pear

1 bananna

25g hazelnuts

15g cacoa nibs

1 lemon- juice

2tsp honey

2tblsp chocolate hazelnut spread ( homemade if possible – if not buy the healthiest cleanest verison availiable to you)

6tblsp Greek 0% fat yoghurt ( is use Fage )

1tsp maple syrup.

Method:

Oven 220C

  1. Peel and 1/8 pears and bananna put in a bowl with the lemon juice , honey , hazel nuts and cacoa nibs. make sure the fruit is covered with the liquid ( itll stop it going a horrid brown colour !)
  2. Put in 2 small oven proof dishes if you want to serve it in them ( or one if you dont ) put int he oven for about 10 minutes until the fruit is slightly soft .  It can be served hot or cold with the mousse.
  3. Mousse – put the choclate spread in a bowl and mix it with a spoon until it is softer , add the maple syrup ,  mix the yoghurt in one spoon at a time.  If you would like it firmer you will need to put it in the fridge to set a little.
